Based on your company's needs, AMCG will help you monitor these reports on a monthly or quarterly basis. Once you are comfortable analyzing these reports, you can either monitor them on your own, or you can retain AMCG on a semi-annual or annual basis. By using AMCG's time-share small business consulting services you will have all the benefits of key employees without having to increase your payroll, taxes, FICA and other costly employee benefits. You select the services you need for pennies a day.
Time-Share Small Business Plan
AMCG will assist you in establishing a program to help monitor your business so that you will be alerted of potential danger well in advance. Have you ever had to withhold your paycheck because you didn't have enough money to make payroll? Did you ever have to hold off important financial decisions because you simply didn't have the finances? These are just a couple of questions this plan will help you with.
The Plan:
1) AMCG will conduct a no-charge telephone consultation so that we can get to know each other.
2) If you feel we can assist you, we will conduct an in-depth face-to-face meeting to determine your specific needs. This meeting normally takes approximately three-hours.
3) Based on the information you provide during the in-depth consultation, AMCG will develop easy to use forms and reports so that we can teach you how to monitor the health of your business. In the event you require assistance in setting up your financial books in order to help take advantage of the latest tax laws, we can assist you in providing this service as well.
4) AMCG will monitor your business based on the data you provide in the monthly reports. We recommend a six month program so that we can determine your businesses trends; provided you are not a seasonal business. In that event, the length of time for analyzing your business will be determined during the in-depth consultation.
5) After the review period is complete, if you feel comfortable monitoring your businesses on your own, then AMCG's job is complete. Or, you can elect to continue to work with AMCG on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, you decide. AMCG is always a telephone call away should you need any of our services in the future.
Plan Fees:
1) Initial face-to-face consultation based on your needs and location.....................$375 - $750
2) Financial plan set-up fee (based on three hours at $150 per hour)...............................$450

INVESTMENT: If you benefit from this service over the next 10-years, your investment would be approximately $250 per year, or just 99 cents per day.
NOTE: The above financial breakdown included the optional account fee. In the event your accounting records are already correct, this fee would not be charged. Therefore, your investment would have been around $1,700.

Business Plan and Review
AMCG will help re-evaluate your business plan. Many business owners lose sight of their core business goals and wind up losing focus. AMCG can help you determine if your plan is still on its desired course. In the event it is not, AMCG's team of professionals can help get you back on track. In the event you require a business plan, AMCG will develop a 3 to 5 year plan to meet your intended goals. Whether you are starting a new business, or if you want to improve the performance of your current business, the AMCG team can help.
Business plans are developed on the basis of the following multiple factors:

- Concept complexity (a small business or a new revolutionary product?)
- Audience for the plan (SBA, Bank, or big venture capitalist?)

What is the process?
Retention: After our initial telephone consultation and you hire AMCG to develop your business plan, we will submit a written contract. Upon receipt of the contract and payment (50% of the agreed upon plan fee) we will schedule an in-depth teleconference. This call allows us to learn more about your business concept. This is the first of many exchanges required for us to thoroughly understand your specific needs and to develop a strategy for the development of your business plan.
Research: Basic business plan clients provide the market analysis, while others rely on AMCG to provide this research material. Regardless of the plan developed, the first two days of the project are dedicated to getting as much information from you as we can. In the event AMCG is responsible for market data, our team will compile relevant industry data so we can provide you with a thorough market analysis.
Creating the plan: Once we have received the necessary information, we will develop the financial forecast needed to create the business plan. After a thorough review of the document for flow and accuracy, the business plan is then emailed to you in Microsoft Word format so you can easily make notes or changes to the document.
Revisions: You receive unlimited revisions for up to three weeks until the plan is completed. Extensions are made on a case-by-case basis.
How long does it take?
Basic business plans can be completed in 7 working days. More complex plans can take up to three weeks. Special consideration is given to rush requirements. Please let us know how soon you will need your plan.
