Alliance Management & Consulting Group (AMCG) is happy to announce the acquisition of WatchCaptain Professional software. Recently AMCG also acquired the rights to MSHOP Software. MSHOP has been providing the marine industry with service department software since 1992. AMCG will focus its market on the small to medium-sized marine businesses and dealerships by providing software solutions and marine business consulting services that will help the marine industry during these difficult economic times.
Shortly our software products will be going through a name change to reflect these acquisitions. The Watch Captain PRO and MSHOP Software products will become divisions of AMCG and marketed under the name of Nautical Software Solutions. WC PRO will be renamed Management PRO, and MSHOP will be rebranded as Service PRO. AMCG has retained former Watch Captain employees, and along with the MSHOP team, this will allow AMCG to offer a stable of products and services that cannot be matched by any other software developer in the boating industry.
